In February 2015, after 23 years and several pieces of failed legislation later, Bill Dvorak and the Friends of Browns Canyon advocacy group could finally celebrate. And celebrate they did, all the way to the Oval Office where they watched as the President signed the official proclamation. February 19th, 2015 will be a day that we all remember.
